Master Key Systems

ANL Door Hardware restricted master key system

A restricted key system, or sometimes referred to as a registered or security key system, is a key that has a design registration or patent which prevents the unauthorised duplication/copy of that key.

The critical element of any security system be it either mechanical locks or electronic access control, is a restricted key system. If you do not know who has keys to your premises or you cannot control the unauthorised duplication of your keys, your security is already compromised.

The way it works

We partner with with lock manufacturers & suppliers to become agents to sell their products; only agents have access to any of these products and we sign legal agreements that we will only service & copy keys for systems we generate. With these products and your input we design, assemble and install a restricted key system that will best suit your requirements. It can be as straight forward as a keyed alike system where all locks are operated by the same key, through to a full master key system where there are multiple levels of keys that restrict access to different areas, this could be as small as the main entry to one building through to many sites throughout your network, size is no limitation.

Once the system is set up, you nominate representatives of your company to become signatories for the system. Only signatories for the system are authorised to order additional keys.

What we do

All our systems are designed by us using the latest in master keying software ProMaster 8, this allows us to manage systems seamlessly from key & door schedules through to key orders & history reports.
